My story

I am passionate about energy healing and being of service to others. The methods I use have not only helped me, but also my family and friends. I love that I get to work with people all over the world to support them in their healing journey. I watched people I care for transform in ways that surprised me. Physical symptoms that had persisted for years were improving, relationship dynamics shifted, and people who felt stuck began to move forward. That is why I became certified.

I work with people who struggle with anxiety, physical health challenges, and the emotional weight of past chapters. My clinical background as an SLP means I approach each session with both scientific grounding and genuine intuitive care. I ask questions and listen carefully. I believe your subconscious knows exactly what needs to heal — my job is simply to help it speak.

I live in Garner, NC with my husband and two children. I love to read, write, paint, and surround myself with nature. I have a deep passion for learning and helping others step into the version of themselves that was always waiting.
