Channel universal life-force energy to dissolve stress, restore your natural balance, and awaken the body's innate healing response — with Carrie Cook, a trained Reiki Master.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. The word Reiki comes from Rei (universal wisdom) and Ki (life force energy) — the animating intelligence that flows through all living things, known in other traditions as Prana, Chi, or the Holy Spirit.
As a Reiki Master — the highest level of Reiki training — Carrie has developed a refined sensitivity to energy and a deep capacity to channel healing. Sessions address the body's energy field, meridians, and chakras, helping clear blockages and restore free-flowing vitality.

Carrie places her hands gently on or just above different areas of the body, channeling Reiki energy where it is needed. For distance sessions, this is done through focused intention and Reiki distance protocols.
The session includes attention to the seven main energy centers (chakras) and the auric field surrounding the body — clearing stagnant energy and rebalancing flow.
The session closes with gentle grounding. You're given a moment to return to full waking awareness before sharing anything you noticed.
"Carrie, I really enjoyed the Reiki session! Everything we spoke about definitely resonated with me. The tension in my back has eased so much and all that creative energy has been making itself known. Your calming energy was absolutely what I needed to help me relax and be open to receive. I've already been recommending you to others!"
